Today on April 23, 2021 at the Kyrgyz State University of Arts named after B. Beishenalieva hosted a presentation of a website dedicated to the outstanding akyn Elmirbek Imanaliev, who passed away in April 2020. The site was prepared by Gulzhan Kudabay-Gallagher, who spoke about the tasks and structure of the site. Discussion of Ak-Bulun petroglyphs - scientific and traditional approaches
On April 20, 2021, a meeting of traditional practitioners with one of the country’s main archaeologists, Kubat Tabaldiev, took place at Aigine CRC office within the framework of the “Secret Power of Petroglyphs” project. The main objective of the meeting was a detailed discussion of the petroglyphs of Ak-Bulun village of Ak-Suu district of the Issyk-Kul region, where the project team of the Aigine CRC conducted their first field trip. First field trip to the petroglyph site
From 13 to 15 April 2021, the Aigine CRC team, alongside traditional knowledge bearers and practitioners from Issyk-Kul, Bishkek and Talas, made their first field trip to the petroglyph site in the village of Ak-Bulun, Ak-Suu district, Issyk-Kul province. Aigine CRC's participation in the International Symposium on Tugging Games and Rituals
On April 9 and 10, 2021, Aigine CRC, represented by Cholponai U-G, took part in the International Symposium on Tugging Games and Rituals, organized by the International Information and Networking Center for ICH in the Asian Pacific Region under the auspices of UNESCO (ICHCAP).
