Discussion of the first Decree On February 5, the first Decree was discussed at the Aigine CRC. The discussion took place at the initiative of Gulzat Bayalieva and Gulnara Aitpaeva. Today, on February 4, Sanghun Choon, the coordinator of Kyrgyzfriends – a cultural tourism development project which is conducted by the KOICA and KF SilkRoad consortium, visited the office of Aigine CRC. KF’s mission is to unlock an enormous touristic potential of Kyrgyz Republic by way of discovering and commercializing cultural tourism resources and also provide jobs and increase profits for Kyrgyz rural residents..
