Research process

As part of the “Uluu Toolor” (“Great Mountains”) project, high school students from grades 7-11 from three schools in the Issyk-Kul region (Kazhy-Saz village, Ton village, Tuura-Suu village) are conducting research among local residents on the following topics: petroglyphs, legends, medicinal plants, and successful women. Before beginning their research, the Aigine CRC conducted a training session on basic research methods and interviewing techniques. The research will last for one month, after which the students will present their findings in creative formats (video reports, photo exhibitions, plays, etc.). Throughout the month, the young researchers are actively posting photo and video reports about the process on social media, using the information obtained during the training.
