7 presentations were held, in which about 400 people took part.
On September 28, director of Aigine CRC Gulnara Aitpaeva and the member of the Issyk-Kul group, Zhanyl Bokontaeva, made presentation of the textbook “Water Message” and the water calendars as part of a master class on the history and memory «Promoting Belonging and Inclusion through Learning». The master-class was held in Osh with the participation of history in secondary schools and universities teachers of the country within the framework of the joint project of the Global Center for Pluralism and the Aga Khan Foundation. The workshop was attended by 54 people.
On October 3, Aigine CRC conducted a presentation of the textbook and calendars for soldiers of the National Guard. The presentation was attended by the head of the Office of the National Guard of the Kyrgyz Republic for educational work Lt.-Col. Beyshev with his staff and 702 subdivision of the National Guards of Bishkek city with more than a hundred people. Director of Aigine CRC Gulanara Aitpaeva made presentation for the soldiers. The presentation was made in interactive form; the soldiers took an active part in the discussions. The distinguished ones received books and water calendars from Aigine’s CRC.
On October 10, 11 and 12 a similar presentation was conducted for the regional units of the National Guard in the south of the country, in Batken, Osh and Jalal-Abad. The presentation of the project’s products was made by the project experts Aibek Samakov and Sadyr uulu Zhumagazy. About 200 soldiers of the National Guard took part in the southern series of meetings. The libraries of all divisions were supplemented with textbooks and calendars on water. All meetings with soldiers of the National Guard were conducted with the logistical support of the National Commission for UNESCO within the framework of the joint project “Values of nomads: Heaven, Water, and Earth”. The idea of this project was born during the implementation of the project, supported by the Small Grants Program of the Democracy Commission.
On September 29, 30 and October 12 Aigine CRC together with partners from Batken and Issyk-Kul regions held the presentations of the social videos, calendar and textbooks. On September 29, the presentation took place in the school of Yrdyk village in the Issyk-Kul region in the form of an open lesson with the use of the textbooks. The lesson was conducted by the project researcher, teacher of the school Vunger Yusupova. On September 30 presentation took place in Issyk-Kul University named after Tynystanov.
On October 12, the presentation took place in the branch of Batken University in Kyzyl-Kiya city. The presentation was conducted by the expert of the project Zhumagazy Sadyr uluu and the editor of the textbook Aibek Samakov.
