Speakers highlighted the analytical and cultural depth of the engraved sign-meanings found at Saimaluu-Tash, relating them to regional oral traditions. The discussion referenced the regional gathering held on November 10–14 in Kalmak-Ashuu, bringing together specialists from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. The problems and difficulties that the researchers encountered during field data collection were also discussed.

The opening performance, presented by two artists of the Opera and Ballet Theatre, expressed emotional tension associated with experiences of violence.
