📚 Training: From August 19 to 23, the Aigine Cultural Research Center conducted a “Capacity-Building Training for ICH Experts and Staff of Authorized Bodies from Central Asian Countries for Preparing Nomination Files for Inscription in the Lists of the 2003 Convention.” The training took place at the “Jannat Resort” hotel in Bishkek as part of the “Heritage Corridors of the Silk Road in Central Asia – International Aspects of the European Year of Cultural Heritage” project, implemented by UNESCO with funding from the European Union. The goal of the training was to develop the necessary conceptual, analytical, and technical skills for preparing nomination files, as well as to ensure more effective and high-quality preparation and presentation of intangible cultural heritage elements for nomination at the international level.
👩🏻💻 Working Meeting: On August 20, Aigine CRC participated in an online evaluation meeting organized by the “Pavanka” Foundation. In honor of its 10th anniversary, the Pavanka Foundation invited its partners to reflect on and assess the impact of their collaborative efforts over the years. During the meeting, the Aigine CRC team presented a detailed report on the results and achievements of its partnership with Pavanka.
