Today, May 17, was the first day of the congress of international practitioners of indigenous cultures.
Practitioners from Colombia, South Africa, Egypt, Mongolia, Altai, USA and Kyrgyzstan gathered in Bishkek.
The purpose of the gathering is to bring together practitioners from different parts of the world, exchange views, and find ways to overcome contemporary threats and challenges faced by indigenous cultural practitioners.
The meeting is initiated by WISN (World Indigenous Science Network) and facilitated by the Aigine CRC.
