On September 15, the International Cultural Forum “Central Asia at the Crossroads of World Civilizations” began in Khiva, the ancient city of Uzbekistan. Kyrgyzstan is represented by a delegation headed by the Minister of Culture, which includes archaeologists, historians, architects, historians, anthropologists.
Uzbekistan demonstrates strong political will and powerful social capital to preserve and promote the cultural heritage of both its country and Central Asia as a region. This Forum began after the Fifth International Congress of the World Society for the Study, Preservation and Dissemination of the Cultural Heritage of Uzbekistan, which was held in Tashkent on September 12-14. More than 300 scientists from many countries of the world took part in the Congress.
