Field trips: From October 21-24, 2023, the Aigine CRC team made a number of trips to historical and cultural sites of petroglyphs in southern Kyrgyzstan. The first visit was to the historical and cultural complex of petroglyphs located in the area known as Jol-Chyrak and Kaldyrama-Boz Bee, also called Murdash-Bashy. Research on “konur үn”: The Aigine CRC team together with the initiative group “Konur үn” launched the project “Bringing konur үn to the sound of Kyrgyz orchestra”. Rysbek Zhunushov and Marat Berikbaev, masters and experts of the project, began making komuzes and kyl kyyaks that preserve the original Kyrgyz sound of “konur”. Field trip: On October 6, the Aigine CRC team conducted a field trip to the sacred site of Archa Mazar, which is located in Ton district and is included in Aigine’s list of sacred sites of Kyrgyzstan. The field trip was made at the request of the guardians of nature and pilgrimage culture, who approached Aigine’s CRC with concerns.
