On May 7 the global reflection on the listing mechanisms under the 2003 Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage has started. The reflection activities are organized by The Secretariat of the 2003 Convention. The reflection is being organized as a category VI expert meeting. According to UNESCO terminology, this means that the experts participate in a private capacity and not as representatives of any particular government or organization. On 17 May 2021, Aigine CRC moderated the third meeting of the Ad hoc Group on Article 21 of the ICH NGO Forum Bylaws
The main focus of the meeting was to discuss the second draft of the working document with questionnaire prepared by representatives from Western European and North American states and Latin American and Caribbean states. Each point of the document was thoroughly discussed, especially the nature of conflict of interest.
