\"\ud83c\udfad\"<\/span> The \u201cMovement Born from Song\u201d Final \u2014 Tomorrow!: Final preparations are underway for the final of the \u201cMovement Born from Song\u201d competition. The final will take place within the framework of the project \u201cNew Expressions and Forms of Traditional Kyrgyz Songs,\u201d implemented by Aigine CRC with the financial support of the Pawanka Fund. The event will feature 4 final stage works \/ mini-performances created by young participants based on traditional Kyrgyz songs. Through movement, stage imagery, plastic expression, and contemporary artistic interpretation, the participants will offer a new way of experiencing song as living cultural heritage. The final will take place tomorrow, June 13 at 14:00, at the Chui Regional Theatre of Musical Drama and Satire named after Sharshen Termechikov. We warmly invite everyone to join us!<\/div>\n

\"\ud83d\udcad\"<\/span> Work Meetings: This week, Aigine CRC hosted a meeting with prominent cultural figures Yrys Okenova and Doolot Sydykov. The discussion focused on future plans, joint creative initiatives, and possible areas of cooperation aimed at preserving, researching, and promoting traditional culture. The participants also exchanged ideas on how cultural heritage can be reinterpreted and presented through contemporary creative approaches. Such meetings create important space for new ideas, stronger partnerships, and future cultural initiatives.<\/div>\n

\"\ud83c\udfad\"<\/span> From the Researchers\u2019 Diary: As part of the research on traditional Kyrgyz women\u2019s horse tack used in the bride send-off ceremony, several remarkable artifacts were identified in the collections of the Sulayman-Too Museum and the National History Museum of Kyrgyzstan. Among them are a rare copper terdik made using complex craftsmanship techniques and a silver bridle decorated with niello and coral inlays. These objects demonstrate the high level of skill, artistic taste, and rich traditions associated with the production of horse tack in Kyrgyz culture. The research allows us to look more closely at objects where everyday life, ritual practice, aesthetics, and cultural memory come together.
