On Friday, February 5, a meeting was held to discuss the First Presidential Decree “On the spiritual and moral development and physical culture of citizens.” The questions were discussed: what is the need, benefit and danger of the First Presidential Decree? The requirement for participants is to show effort and hear people with a different point of view. The purpose of the meeting is to listen to each other and develop a common vision on the problematic links and contradictions of the Decree.<\/p>\n
