Voices of \u201cordinary\u201d participants in the uprising of 1916 (case study: Jailmyshevskya volost of Vernensky district of the Semirechensky region).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Abstract: In the article, the author, based on the analysis of one voluminous archival document, shows that ordinary participants in the events of 1916 using the example of one (Jailmyshevskya volost of Vernensky district of the Semirechye region) were not \u201csilent\u201d. On the contrary, their testimony was accepted by representatives of the colonial authorities, including judicial officials. Moreover, these \u201cvoices\u201d contributed to the further reconstruction of the events that occurred in the summer of 1916 on the territory of this volost, both by representatives of the colonial administration and by Soviet and modern researchers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <!--more--> fulltext\t\t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Panel 5.
