Belyakov Yury Pavlovich, a former associate professor of FPI, now a retiree, a disabled person of I group, has been studying geographical names of places in Kyrgyzstan since the middle of 1970s and he is the author of the book \u201cDictionary of toponyms of Kyrgyzstan\u201d, which was published in 2013.
