      🌀 Meetings and Collaboration in Uzbekistan: From May 14 to 15, the Aigine Cultural Research Center team held a series of key meetings in Uzbekistan focused on fostering collaboration and shaping the methodology for a future regional database of Central Asian petroglyphs.       🏔️ Field Trip: On May 7, the Aigine team completed an expedition that began in the village of Kök-Jar (Nookat District, Osh Region). The goal was to survey a unique cluster of petroglyphs in the Aravan District, near the border with Uzbekistan — a site that had not been previously studied. Together with archaeologist Saltanat Alisher kyzy, the team documented the rock images, which will soon be thoroughly described and interpreted, including traditional explanations.
