📻 Radio Show “Asyl Zhan”: On February 26, the guests for the final interview of the “Asyl Zhan” series were Gulnara Aitpaeva, the head of AigineCultural Research Center, and Cholponai Usubalieva-Grishchuk, the senior project coordinator. 🎶 Learning Process for Young Musicians: The project’s working group, consisting of musicians Cholpon Turumbayeva, Rysbek Junushov, Zalina Kasymova, and the master of traditional musical instrument crafting Marat Berikbayev, has completed the process of modifying the structure of the kyl kyyak to enable it to easily produce the “koñur ýn” (traditional Kyrgyz music). 📚 Work Meetings: This week, the team of Aigine CRC held a series of meetings with bearers of traditional Kyrgyz culture. The purpose of the meetings was to discuss how traditional culture, including crafts and akynship (traditional storytelling through music), can contribute to addressing contemporary social issues.
